Installing on a POS / Android device
- Open this page in the device's browser and tap download for MoonUp Cashier (cashier device) or MoonUp Staff (staff phone)
- Open the downloaded file → if you see "Install blocked", tap Settings → turn on Allow from this source → go back and tap Install
- Open the app → enter the shop code (in your confirmation email, and on the shop admin home page) + username/email + password
- MoonUp Cashier on a wide landscape screen opens the Cashier screen (for staff allowed to take payments) · MoonUp Staff always opens the Staff screen
Updating the app
- In the app, tap Update (cashier) or What's new (staff) to see what changed
- New version available → download it from this page and install over the old one. Data on the device is kept (no need to uninstall first)
- Can't install over the old app = the file didn't come from this page — only download from this page
- Update when the shop is closed or after closing the shift, and check that offline sales have finished syncing (the top bar doesn't show "Waiting to sync")
No Android device?
iPhone / computer can use the web version: cashier/staff at pos.moonupsystem.com (iPhone: tap Share → Add to Home Screen) · owner/manager at cp.moonupsystem.com — receipt printing and offline sales only work in the app on a POS device
