MoonUp is the provider of the warp service and is responsible for content displayed through this service in its capacity as a service provider under the Computer-Related Crime Act. Participating venues review photos on behalf of MoonUp in accordance with this policy.
1. Prohibited content
- Nude, pornographic or sexually explicit images, and any content involving minors in an inappropriate manner.
- Violence, weapons, narcotics, gambling, or inducement to commit unlawful acts.
- Photos of other people without their consent, or other people's personal data (phone numbers, addresses, ID card numbers).
- Defamatory, insulting, threatening, harassing or hateful messages.
- Content that infringes copyright/trademarks, advertises illegal products, or is deceptive.
- Content that affects national security or otherwise violates Thai law.
2. Venues review on behalf of MoonUp
- Venue staff must review every photo before it goes on screen, must not approve photos that violate section 1, and must take them down immediately if discovered later.
- Venues must not approve photos for the venue's own benefit if they violate the policy, and must not put back on screen any warp that MoonUp has suspended or taken down.
3. Notice and takedown
- Any viewer can tap "⚑ Report" on a warp, or email [email protected] with the link/venue/time.
- When [3] or more people report it, the system automatically suspends the warp from the screen pending review.
- The MoonUp team reviews within [24 hours] — if it violates the policy: permanently taken down and the warp owner is notified · if not: it goes back on screen.
- MoonUp keeps records of reviews and takedowns as required by law, and cooperates with authorities as required by law.
