"Warp" is a service that displays your photo and message on the screen in participating venues, provided by MoonUp System ([legal entity name]) ("MoonUp"), not by the venue. By purchasing a warp, you are deemed to accept these terms, the Warp Content Policy and the Privacy Policy.
1. Seller and payment
- You buy warps directly from MoonUp. Payment goes to MoonUp's account, and proof of payment/receipts are issued in MoonUp's name.
- The price and on-screen time of each tier are set by MoonUp and are shown before every payment.
- The venue rents screen space to MoonUp for displaying warps. The venue is not a party to the warp sale contract with you.
2. Photo review before going on screen
- Venue staff review photos before they go on screen on behalf of MoonUp, in accordance with MoonUp's content policy.
- If a photo is not approved, you may submit a new photo under the same order at no additional charge.
3. Refunds
- Request refunds from MoonUp (not the venue) at [email protected] or LINE within [7] days.
- A full refund is given if you paid but the warp did not go on screen due to a cause attributable to the system or the venue (for example, a broken screen or the venue being closed), or if you were charged twice.
- No refund is given if the warp was displayed for the full time, or was taken down for violating the content policy.
- Refunds are made to the PromptPay account/account used for payment within [14] business days after approval.
4. Your content
- You must own the photo and have obtained consent from everyone in the photo, and you must comply with the Warp Content Policy.
- You grant MoonUp and the venue the right to display the content on the venue's screen and the venue's web page until it is deleted. You can delete it yourself at any time.
- MoonUp may take content down immediately if it violates the policy or the law, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.
5. Unlocks and coins
- Unlocking social media uses coins of that venue, in accordance with the Terms of Use, Part B — coins belong to the venue and cannot be redeemed for money.
6. Takedown requests and contact
Anyone can tap "⚑ Report" on a warp on the venue page, or report it at [email protected] — MoonUp reviews and decides. These terms are governed by Thai law.
